It is the program not the facility that attracts riders and events. The
most active programs in the country are not on the best velodromes. In
fact, I think the reverse is probably true.

I know that.. .you know that... I meant a larger velodrome, ala what can be
found in LA for the Olympics. ut I know what Jeff is referring to. Why build

a smal velodrome that will only atrract local events when an Olympic size
venue will see more usage with (possible) events like Six-Day events drawing

international fields. It was a complete brain fart on my part.
