Dish network's last commercial was at 7k to go. HD also. Directv could very well have been the same. There are commercial spots for carriers(cable and sat companies), that are not control by the network(versus).

While that's a legitimate beef, I believe the beef would be with Versus, not Comcast. I'm sure DirecTV's broadcast of VS programming, including commercials, is exactly the same as Comcast's, or any other carrier. They just broadcast the stuff; programming and timing of commercials are the responsibility of the network that's carrying the event.
