Long, Steve
Shoot man, I live in Milwaukie and I don't recall that. I remember
seeing who won and who got 2nd place.

Well, that doesn't appear to be true. Folks on the west side of
town (I live on the east side) did not see this ad. Also, the ads
overlap and block the broadcast - no official ad break. I'll bet Versus
allows Comcast to run adds for a fee. In fact, the ad that blocked the
finish in yesterdays stage was an add for Comcast itself.

While that's a legitimate beef, I believe the beef would be with
Versus, not Comcast. I'm sure DirecTV's broadcast of VS programming,
including commercials, is exactly the same as Comcast's, or any other
carrier. They just broadcast the stuff; programming and timing of
commercials are the responsibility of the network that's carrying the
event.

I freaking can't believe that Comcast stuffed in another
ad right at the finish of the live presentation of the TdF today. That
is just incredibly unbelievable! Completely missed the finish.
I've already earlier called Comcast about those
irritating ads and they pleaded ignorance. I'm ready to move to another
carrier.
