No, they didn't, I will explain. Before digital conversion, you could get
the channel for free, even though it was not part of the basic service. It
was a bene that is now gone! For 3 years I thought it was part of the basic
package. I was informed yesterday that it has not been part of the basic
package for 5 years. I told them I have gotten it for 3 years and that is
when Comcast explained to me that it was a little extra free channel we have
been getting, which depended on your locations, and not part of our basic
package.

At least you get to watch the TdF. When Comcast made the switch to digital
they removed Versus, E & AMC from the "poor mans cable" so I have to watch
bits on youtube & off the net, which is horrible. I can get those channels
if I upgrade my package... for a fee. Thanks Comcast!
