Well folks here I go again. Just as I am about to close the books for CCC I need to continue on with Nationals. We really are so fortunate to have this opportunity to have the CCC and Nationals in Bend. This is going to be so great for our community! I promise that I will be done begging and pleading for your help in two weeks! I need around 200 volunteers yet for Nationals. For those of you that are not aware what Nationals are. It is a venue of races from road races, to a TT to criteriums. Racers from all over the United States will come to Bend to compete for National Titles. We not only have 10 year old children racing, but elite men woman as well as paracycling. Unlike the Cascade these races are held very close to home. The races will be in Tetherow, on Skyliner, the Old Mill area, downtown Bend, and the Awbrey Butte Circuit. There are no feed zones just corner marshals. Please note for those of you that have already made a commitment to help out with Nationals the shift times have been altered. Please go to the web site either to verify that this new time works for you or to check out what is needed. I have highlighted slots in green that need to be filled and slots in red for those of you that got your shift time changed.
Lastly, you will need to email me directly with what positions you would like. You are unable to save your name on the spreadsheet through the website. I look forward to hearing from you!
