Bit of advise. MAKE SURE you don't forget to secure your rear wheel strap when mounting your race bike to the rack ESPECIALLY if the bike rack is positioned the opposite direction on your car, because the wind may very well LIFT the bike up off the rack and leverage itself clean off the fork mount and hurl it into rush hour traffic.
I think it avoided contact with the general public, thank god. No other cars were stopped but I certainly held up traffic. Nice to give motorists another reason to hate cyclists...
Frame, fork, rear Ksyrium are toast - components surprisingly seem OK. Guess I'm skipping PIR tonight.
Couldn't think of a better way to make OBRA news!
