There has been a massive spate of illegal internet activity, likely coming
from N. Korea over the last week executing Denial of Service (DOS) attacks on
a number of US and S. Korean servers at various govt bodies. The method used
was to have a number of 'bot nets' (PCs infected with virus and/or trojan
malware) send massive queries to targetted servers.

The 'Vacation Reply' spam is about the 10th one I have seen since Sunday night
at OBRA as well as some othr email accounts I have. The email account itself
is a bogus one that is being spoofed. It is also possible the phone number is
'bogus' or will redirect to another phone.
