Rick, I understand music or radios are against OBRA rules but "safety of
others"? Is OUCH not a time trial? I can't imagine a scenario where a deaf
person would put others at risk in a TT.
Are deaf people prohibited from racing because they can't hear?
What about plain ear plugs? I know at least one veteran racer who wear
earplugs to cut wind noise.
