Sorry about that. Not sure exactly how they got the email addresses, though I suspect that they were harvested. The OBRA server is running FreeBSD with the latest security patches, plus SpamAssassin (anti-spam), ClamAV (antivirus), and AIDE + chkrootkit + DenyHosts (intrusion detection). Nothing is invulnerable, but we're about as secure as you can be without making the site and mailing list a PITA to use.
