·         Put your bike in the stand before the race and do a “run” through to make sure your bike is in working order
·         Be at start line for “start line support”
·         Set up your equipment in the pit & make sure you know where it is
·         Be in the pit for you or your team during your race
·         Handle your maintenance needs, change wheels, or change bikes during the race
·         Break down the pit when your race is done and return your equipment to you
