Well, thanks to a colossal screwup, the lights that I ordered for my team

for the Gorge Games 24 hour race won't arrive on time. Grr. So I'm putting

out a general "help!" call. We need lights! If anyone out there has

barmounts/helmetmount lights that they'd be willing to loan out to a group

of complete strangers, speak up :) Naturally, if we broke'em, we'd pay

for'em. I'd be willing to leave some cash as deposits on the lights also.

I've got a set of my own, but I've got four other people that are

light-less. Two sets would probably do us - we could switch them around

between laps, and considering how short the nights are these days, we'd

probably get by fine. NiteRiders would be optimal, as they'll have a

charging station on-site.



Alternately, if anyone knows of shops in the Portland (or even Hood River)

area that RENTS lights, please let me know. I've tried River City, Bike

Gallery and Fat Tire Farm, without success.
