The OBRA annual meeting and banquet is a week from tomorrow

(Saturday). I really need to know who's coming so that I can order

table settings (and so the kitchen can order food).



The banquet will feature presentation of annual awards for BAR

winners and I understand there's a whiz-bang multi-media slide show

and sensory extravaganza on tap.



Of course there will be door prizes.



The conference (throughout the day on Saturday) is filling up, but

adding seats is easy for a few more days. So don't pasnic, there's

still time to pre-register.



We will be able to accept walk-in registrations for the conference,

but note that it makes sign-in and room organization a mess, and

affects the quality of the program. So, pre-register!



Dinner is another thing. The kitchen staff can't respond to

unexpected demand. We need to have a reasonably accurate head-count.
