I would have to agree with Mike on this. Not only are most of these
product's ingredients in question, but the more you look into real research,
the more you have to question the use of supplements period. The same can
be said for performance enhancing drugs. Most studies show they don't
really do what we think they do, and the ones that do enhance performance,
usually have terrible side effects.
The Pro athletes I deal with, just eat healthy diets and they do very well.
I am not a cycling coach, but as a certified personal trainer, I have
noticed the following to be the keys to good performance. Chose your mom
and dad well, eat right, follow a sensible exercise plan (we all have our
opinions on what that means) and get as much rest as possible. Most of the
athletes I see do not get enough rest and it hurts them a lot more than they
think.
If you try the supplements good luck, but Mike warned you.

I don't have any knowledge about these specific supplements. I would just
warn that there are several studies that have shown that the poorly
controlled market of dietary supplements has many products which contain
ingredients that are not listed on their labels. These include biologically
active substances and in many cases banned anabolics. The qualifiers
"natural" or "organic" do not seem to describe anything that could
reasonably defined as either natural or organic. Personally I would not use
any dietary supplement as I would consider all these products to be
dangerous due to the potential for unknown ingredients.
