Calling all OBRA racers!



The 2003 Ecology Center Classic will be on Memorial Day in Missoula! The ECC

is a USCF National Racing Calendar race, and is a USCF sanctioned race.



The ECC will pay the USCF temporary license fees for any OBRA rider (and for

any other rider licensed by any League of Independent Bicycle Racing

Association affiliate, like ACA).



So OBRA riders can come and race in Missoula and not have to pay extra

licensing fees.
