Please don't respond by saying there is no such thing.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a spin class aimed at cyclists? I
have never done any spinning before and I am a little leery of the
whole idea. I know it isn't riding but it might be better than trying
to lose the winter gut in April.
In NW or SW Portland would be best. Thanks- Jake
