Believe it or not, this has been an issue for over 15 years. Back then, I
was District Rep and got a lot of complaints. I rode in two or three PIR's
as an official. I was a Cat 2 and could actually move around in the pack and
catch sandbaggers. It worked very well, even though I took a fair amount of
s--t from riders (I think most of them were happy I was there).
I would be glad to do this again, but I would need someone on the back of my
tandem (((-:
