With two events remaining Logie Velo's Steve Wright has clinched the first
annual Oregon Cup for the men, but the women's lead has changed hands with
Paradise Homes' Melissa Erion overtaking 800.com's Laura Suditu for the top
spot. The next event will be the state criterium championships in Gresham
on August 20th, with the final event the Saturday road race of the Eugene
Celebration on September 16th. Places are still up for grabs as any one of
the riders with points can still pass Kirk Willet, currently in 2nd place
for the men and 4 women have a shot at winning with everyone still in it for
a top three spot for the women.
