statistically, there is a 1 in 10 chance your number will be called this time.

as dice and coins have no memory, there should be a fair chance for any number unless, 2 and 9 are removed from the hopper, in which case, don't try to sell call ups, but see if you can sell/buy/trade your race number. (you can not, please don't actually do this!)
