Pre ride state championship course in Oakridge this Saturday...we will be

meeting between noon and 1 at Trailhead Coffee House right as you come into

Oakridge by Les Schwab's. We'll leave around 1 for the ride...the course

is different then past Oakridge courses in part.



You may also pre-reg one last time for the $20 rate for all classes besides

JR's are $10...plus there will be a fun off road crit the night before the

championships too.



If you plan on coming PLEASE let me know so we wait for you.

Crits can be frightening, it is the cornering thing, so road races are

fast

 but not like a crit.

You know I was really thinking about a road race until yesterday at the

crit in Bend...1. because there is no way I could have even kept up with

the 4-5's and 2. after seeing the cut up bloody mess my friend was after

going down...ouch!   So are they as fast at road races as they are at

crits

  or are the 4's and 5's sperated??



For 1 1/2 hours I thought I won my first race on Sunday, turns out they

put

  another Vet's tags in with JR's, so I was 2nd...pretty heartbreaking :(
