A few of my non-cross friends are coming out to this weekends race to
promote health and wellness. Below are the details of what they offer and
who they are.

This Sunday, October 20th, a trio of Portland wellness guru's will be
hosting a "Bring The Pain" Booth at the Cross Crusade event. That's right -
you bring the pain and they'll offer you a bit of healing! From 7:30am -
3:00pm they'll be there for you!
The booth will feature soothing and pain-mitigating therapeutic-grade
essential oils in addition to Reflexology (a fancy foot rub).
If you have any sort of niggling pain issue, the essential oils (from
doTerra) will cut the stench of mud and sweat with some of the most potent
aromatherapy around. And, because they can be applied topically, they'll
penetrate problem areas and help relieve pain. All the oils are Certified
Pure Therapeutic Grade, which means they're beyond organic, and sourced
indigenously in the area they are grown. Seriously, if you're new to this,
stop by and have your pants blown off by the power of these amazing plant
extracts. Join the self-care revolution!
Reflexology will be offered first come, first serve. It's $1 per minute,
but 15-30 minutes will offer the best chance to totally relax. Think of it
like acupressure, but experience it like bliss. Not to be missed!
The booth will be manned by a trio of exceptionally warm-hearted people.

Stacia Zabadal, PTA, LMT and Essential Oil Wellness Consultant. Stacia is
an oil guru with hands that sooth. She's on a mission to help transform the
way people take care of themselves. Her knowledge of essential oils is
inspiring, so come with your problems and she'll have an oil for that! Come
say hello to her!

April Hansen, RN, RNFA, Reflexologist and Essential Oil Wellness
Consultant. April empowers people to find the joy and abundance they
deserve. Her smile is wide and her hands are healing. She and Joe are
married with a fat, happy cat. And she knows jokes that will make you
blush. Go on, ask her to tell you one!

Joe Shoemaker, Reiki Practioner, Usui Shiki Ryoho, Reflexologist and
Essential Oil Wellness Consultant (and guitar teacher!). Joe is intuitive
and warming. His hands are his home and the treatments he provides often
transform people. Together with his wife April, they are "Honeymaker
Wellness LLC" offering to help catalyze people's health. He'll even sing
you a little ditty while you're getting Reflexology...who can resist?!
