We're still hosting weekly CX Camps in NE Portland on Thursday nights, all through the 2013 CX season.We'll be hosting these until the 2nd week of December, so come out and play!We'll be modifying the format weekly and our drills and games will all revolve around building bike handling skills and cross tactics.Due to lack of light, we're going to be confining our practice area to the Northwest corner of the park, in the playground, near the bathroom building, where there are lights.The focus is on fun and maintaining some fitness through focused drills and games and some calisthenic type exercises.
Bring lights and warm clothes and prepare to sweat... and laugh!

Camp is cancelled this week as it's Halloween and I sincerely hope you are all out having way too much fun dressed up in something you wouldn't be caught dead wearing any other day of the year.But mark your calendars for next Thursday, 6pm, at Fernhill Park in NE Portland.We'll be playing some fun bike games, practicing handling skills, mount/dismount drills, and generally making a nuisance and a mess of ourselves in the dirt and grass at the park!
Come out and play!
