For FLAT, an amazingly fun course. I heard the West end of the course made a large #20 to celebrate the 20th anniversary....anybody (kenji) have the aerial camera going? Great course design! Great overall way to entertain the family (the kids race rocks). Are we spoiled?
Pretty slick in places for our 11:30 race. Ken and Don crushed the 60+ bunch. That Jeff Otto is a monster as well....1st in 50+ and 20th in A mstrs. But hats off to you other over 50’s racing A mstrs. So much fun to watch “all the A’s” (men and women) rock it! So many good races taking place within the races today. Thanks for inspiring all us lay men & women.
More thanks to all the OBRA officials and the Crusade Crew for keeping the show well oiled and running smoothly considering such a large volume of racers. An extra shout out to OBRA crew for your amazing results. Even though I do not go out of state to race, I have learned over the years that we are very fortunate to have our officials post such thorough results as compared to other areas of the nation....and that we do not pull racers. We are so fortunate. Yes we are spoiled.
Hope all had enough fun to give next weekend a go.
A BIG shout out / cow-bell clang for all the people lining the course lending support to all the racers. You guys and gals are so important to giving racers just a little more get-up in their go. Well...if we have any go left.
