Looking for a housemate in Foster/Powell home. Rental is for own bedroom
and shared space of bathroom, 3rd bedroom used as visitor room/office
space/yoga room, living room, kitchen with eating area and 2 car garage
with ample bike storage. Back yard has raised garden beds and a deck and
grill, great for entertaining during dryer months. Washer/dryer on site. No
smoking inside or out and absolutely no drugs. Not even EPO.

Rent is $600/mo and split utilities. Total move-in cost is $1200 (first
month + deposit of $600).

ME: I am a queer, omnivore woman in her forties who moderately consumes
alcohol, though you do not necessarily have to be any of these. I do not
have cable, however the Roku with Hulu and Netflix provide enough
television entertainment. I work full time and when home enjoy cooking,
grilling and hanging with my dog. I am also a student at PCC and request
quiet time to study. That being said, having people over is not a problem,
but please no constant loud parties.

I have a Brittany Spaniel, 6 years young who loves people. The owner has
asked no more animals in the house. I also have a son who visits on
occasion from OSU. Both dog and son are well behaved and house broken.
