I am selling my 2009 Ridley X-Fire full carbon cyclocross bike.
You might ask yourself: why buy a used 2009 instead of a 2014 new off the floor? CANTILEVERS; really nice Spooky red anodized wide profile made in the Netherlands. None of that stupid disc brake nonsense.
44mm PRESS IN HEADSET. Means you can run a Chris King if you want, or even a 1.5" tapered instead of the stock 1.125". Can't do that on a new Ridley!
ENGLISH BB: Red Chris King ceramic installed with FSA SLK light cross cranks.
CAMPAGNOLO, yo! This bike is decked out with chorus carbon 10sp shifters and derailleurs. Converted over to 9sp to be economical qnd virtually bullet proof. FD has a red K-Edge for maximum style, I mean so the chain won't drop.
RITCHEY WCS cockpit. White bars and stem, carbon post, biomax saddle.
TUBULARS: already comes with a nice set of formula cartridge bearing hubs laced to Sun Vista Cruiser tubs with Tufo Prestige 32c.
You'd be so much faster on this Euro-PRO bike, and would be right at home lining up at a super prestige in belgium with this sick bike. All yours for $1600, waaaayyy less than this bike cost me, even in the industry. And duh, it's been meticulously maintened.
