Hey OBRA friends!We've been really enjoying these camps, having you come out and play around with us on bikes in the park, and practicing our bike handling skills and racing tactics together!It's officially pitch black outside by 6pm these days, but Fernhill has lights!So we're focusing our efforts on drills and games that we can confine to the lighted areas of the park.
Last week we worked on a great progression for learning drive-side mounts and dismounts, as well as some advanced cornering techniques.This week will likely be more of the same, with a bit more balance and core strength work.
So join us at Fernhill Park in NE PortlandNE 37th and AinsworthThursday 6-7:30pm
