Fazio Farms Part Deux - TOMORROW

Hi Everyone,

We're hoping you're considering coming out to race Fazio Farms 2 tomorrow,
what we feel is a premier event on the OBRA calendar with a very unique
course, so close to home near the airport! Hills, flats, single track, rock
and roll, and free beer for racers (two kegs of Widmer wait longingly for
you).

We ran course work today, things are looking good. Same course and
direction as the first edition back in September, though we may shorten the
run up/180 part, surely much to your delight. Certain parts are muddier,
but the long and flat parts are surprisingly firm and fast. We built a fire
ring for warmth near the beer gardens.

Weather calls for morning showers with breaks of sun and some light winds,
making the course all that much more post-apocalyptic looking.

TEAMS TENTS: You're welcome to bring them and set them up in the beer
garden area. But you'll have to drop them off near the start chute before
you go park and schlep them in. Sorry, the course itself isn't accessible
to cars due to conditions on the access roads.

Ride your bike to the race or carpool please, parking is somewhat limited,
but it is free and located 1/4 mile from race entrance. Do not park on the
street near the entrance to the venue, you will be towed. Feel free to drop
stuff, etc, then go park, but do not park on the street. Do not park on the
street. Oh, did I mention? Do not park on the street.

This is private property. Be respectful. And if you see Anthony Fazio
walking around (silver haired farmer) tell him thanks for letting us rock
and roll on his land.

This is a working farm. It has rock piles and dirt piles and aggregate
piles. Keep your kids off of them, and please stay off the house area of
the land.

Gird you loins. Listen to some Black Sabbath. The mighty race awaits you.

Regards,
Ironclad/Yakima Cycling Team
