Hey OBRA,
I know the Crusade continues and other great cx races are on the calender, but the CycloSportif waffle season is done.
First, my apologies for causing confusion and Nutella anxiety yesterday at Barton by moving my tent down to the parking lot. Honestly, I thought it would be easier for everyone to see and access. It backfired. No worries - always good to try something different once and a while (like randomly setting up a lonely waffle stand at a muddy, wet bike race years ago).
Second, thanks to everyone (and their kids, spouses, partners, friends and frenemies) for coming by the tent all season long. The smiles and the conversation make my inner carnie-folk heart shine. I may need a petition signed by all cyclocross children so that my manager (read: spouse) lets me do it again next year, but we can deal with that next September.
Third and last, be on the lookout for the other part of my right-brain devotion to cycling - CycloSportif kit orders. I'll send the email out soon so you can pick up some nice, fleeced bibs and jerseys to help keep you warm this winter.
votre compagnon d'chappe,
Joshua/CycloSportif
