You might try stopping in at a PGE (or your local power utility) and ask for any retired crossarms. You COULD ask for chopped up poles but they've typically been treated with some nasty stuff I wouldn't want for inside furniture. The crossarms are usually in the neighborhood of "4x6" and range from 4-10' in width

Hey there, this is a stretch, but looking for some old wood timbers, posts, beams etc...used is totally fine as they will be milled down for building a bed frame.....

would like 6, 8, or 10 inch square or something like that.....could be 6x10, 8x10 etc as well....

I need a total of 8 pieces.....4 to be atleast 5 feet
2 to be atleast 6 feet
2 to be atleast 7 feet....
If you have anything laying around or know of anyone that is selling some old wood or salvaged wood from a barn, house, building etc...let me know....
