The Course
Fast! 1.2 Miles to 1.5 depending on how it lays out,
1 section of pavement for 75 yards at the start and finish
1 Run up and 2 sections to dismount including 1 set of barriers
Some other details
We have 300+ parking spaces but do to the nature of Parking verses will
require a 10 minute walk to set up so you do not cross the course in 2
points in the restricted area with your 10X10 to set up your pit so please
allow a bit of extra time to get set up in the park.
The Map is online with directions from the parking off of 15th Street and
HWY 34 to registration.
LINK
Additional parking is at Pioneer park which is just prior to 15th Street on
the South Side
Wen parking please do not ride on any other grass in the area as we want to
come back for many years to come! Most of the nice grassy area is saturated
with water and your bike will do huge damage if anyone rides on the grass
not associated with the event.
Please be careful to and from the event as you are riding on Avery Lane and
the Bike paths and traffic will be present.
SoupCycle will be on hand to dish out tasty soup and part of the proceeds
for this and the event go towards the Corvallis Parks and Recreation
"Family Assistance Program" which provides resources for after school
programs that keep kids healthy and active for lower income families in
Benton County.
Special advanced thanks to Corvallis Parks and Recreation and to Bike N
Hike of Corvallis along with Giant, Yakima, and Veleau, Soup Cycle, Sky
High Brewing and Pure Clean Powder
Hope to see you all on 12/14 in Corvallis 1.5 hrs or so from PDX and a
short 45 minutes from Eugene
Ho Ho Ho
Mike and family and crew!
