$650 plus 1/2 utilities available in January.
House is located near SE 58th & Mall. A good bike boulevard ( Gladstone) is really close, and a 10 minute ride to Hawthorne Area. You would have two upstairs rooms in the house, and share the downstairs bathroom, kitchen and living room with the owner. (His room is downstairs.) Homeowner is a full time carpenter and part time musician (piano & mandolin). Regularly practices music, but generally not a night owl. You won't have to worry about late night jam sessions!
