Hey OBRA,
I have a room for rent in the small bungalow I'm renting at
Willamette/Macrum. The room is about 10'x12', has a closet (not huge), and
north and west windows. The house is about 725 sq. feet so it's cozy but
great for two people. The bathroom is shared, the yard is all grass so
upkeep is minimal, there's a raised be in the back, fenced backyard, and
excellent basement for bike storage and maintenance. And there's also has a
washer and dryer in the basement.

I've lived here since March 2013 and really like being here. The room is
available immediately following a screening process with the rental company.

Money:

Rent is $475/month + 1/2 utilities ($75-125/month depending on heating
required), with a $475 refundable deposit. One pet is allowed but there's
an additional refundable $250 deposit and $25/month pet rent fee.
