Currently the lockout on the Fox fork is not working, but I'll be sending
it to PUSH soon to have it custom valved and an RLC conversion installed.

That'll at least put the damping on par with the currently installed
Manitou Minute, but the air/coil hybrid spring on the Minute is still
superior.

I can swap tires if you like (Conti X-Kings 2.2, Racing Ralph EVO's
2.25...) I have the stock Fox Float RL 120mm with 9mm QR, stock DT Swiss
x1600 wheelset... SLX brakes... Narrower carbon bars. Longer Easton stems.
Lots of stuff to make subtle changes to suit your taste and fit.
