Hey folks-

I will be e-mailing out the proposed rule change link and the board
candidate bios later today.

Given the weather forecast we will have the following contingencies in place:

1. cancel and reschedule.
2. hold as scheduled but may be run by a board member.
3. hold as scheduled with no changes.

We will send out a notice via OBRA Chat, Twitter and Facebook at 6 PM
on Friday as to what will happen. (This will give a chance for the
people outside the Portland area to plan accordingly)
