Had a bit of a problem with one of their trucks today, followed by a very
unproductive phone call to headquarters.

Basically, the truck passed me on a descent with its mirror less than a
foot from my head, and when I gave it a "what the hell" wave (no middle
finger, I was wearing lobster gloves) it slowed down, pulled up next to me,
pinched me again, then sped up, pulled into the bike lane and hit the
brakes. So I pulled off and called them to register a polite complaint,
where I then got a very defensive half-hour safety lecture from their
safety compliance officer who never acknowledged my point that a two-ton
piece should never pull that move. It was all rather bizarre.

So anyways, I don't want to take it any further, nor spawn a long
list-serve discussion, but there's plenty of other pest control services
that haven't proven deliberately sketchy around cyclists and if y'all could
see fit to select a different service for your pest control needs, that
would be nice.
