Hey all,
If anyone is looking for a place in Southeast, one of my roommates is moving out of the duplex i'm in on SE Woodstock. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen w/ dishwasher, laundry, living room, garage (currently bike workshop & storage), small back yard. Rent is $375/month + water/sewer/gas/electric. The landlord currently doesn't allow pets, but i'm sure something small wouldn't be a problem. It's about 1.5 miles from reed college, and a 45min commute by bike to downtown. Shoot me an email if you know anyone that might want to check the place out. Thanks!
