Posting for a friend who lives in Vermont and owns a home near Intel. He
was working in Hillsboro and commuting back and forth. He is looking to
lease the entire home or even just a room.

He is a cyclist.

"Here is the deal:

Furnished 3 bedroom 4 bath three level row house with garage. 1700 SF.
Utilities are hooked up and included, except TV and Internet (which I had
them put on hold since I am not there). Washer drier, brand new beds and
bedding, etc. Ready to move in. Located 4 minutes walk from Orenco MAX
station on a dead end street adjacent to a small park.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, two on upper floor, one on the ground
floor. Upstairs are two queen beds. Down on ground floor its a futon.

I would love to rent a room or two rooms and be able to use the third room
for when I come and go, but at this point I am totally open. My ideal
scenario is a few months of rent, maybe the rest of the year, then I hope
to be back in there for a year working, or I will put it on the rental
market and move on.

Great riding out there, would be great team house or something if someone
out of town wants to come to PDX for the summer, etc.

I would like 1500 a month for the whole house or 500 a room, basically.
More or less. All included except TV/Internet which I could turn back on
and add to rent (its like 90 a month)."
