Brand new, but laced up, 32 hole DT Swiss 240 front hub, standard QR (not included).  Hub flange has cosmetic marks from the lacing process being started, but spokes were never tensioned before unlacing.  If you went 3 cross, you wouldn't even notice.  $195 shipped
