Now that we have Jack Frost TT and the first Road Race under our belts many of you have established a baseline for the upcoming season and are looking to tweak your training for the bigger objectives yet to come. If you have ever considered training with power or already have a power meter but need to establish your power profile I would like to invite you to consider dropping by the Training Ctr. for one of our group workouts or schedule a private consult.

The Training Ctr is open to any athlete regardless of experience, racing category or team affiliation and we guarantee improvement. We proudly sponsor the Rogue Ales Cycling Team and are currently hosting training blocks with one of the largest Triathlon Teams in the area.

Our 14 station multi-rider system can analyze power, heart rate, cadence and pedaling forces (balance, shape, etc) in real-time which allows for immediate feedback. Anyone from a Cat5 to a Pro can experience tremendous results with these tools. If you're a coach or have an entire team you can also reserve the Training Center for private use. Its great for tactical planning, testing or even rehearsing for events like the Team Time Trial.
