Starting next weekend! (March 23) Wenzel Coaching���s Mountain Bike Clinics are back for 2014!

Beginners and intermediates, women and men -- get a jump on the mountain bike season! Whether or not you���re interested in racing, good basic skills lay a strong foundation for fun and safety. This year we will visit easyCLIMB trails in Cascade Locks, Stubb Stewart State Park near Buxton, OR and introducing SANDY RIDGE (to a limited few��� see details below)!

Join Wenzel Coaches Elaine Bothe, Martin Baker, and Rhonda Morin to improve your skills or learn new ones. We will be able to practice body position and balance, corners, visual skills, skinnies, pumping, berms, bridges, switchbacks, logs and rough terrain. New program for intermediates and people who have attended last year!

DATES AND PRICES:
Cascade Locks EasyCLIMB Trail System: Sunday, 3/23/14
Stubb Stewart State Park: Saturday 4/12/14
Sandy Ridge: Sunday, 4/20/14 (LIMITED TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE ATTENDED AT LEAST ONE OF THESE TWO CLINICS OR BY SPECIAL PERMISSION ONLY)
Clinic is from 10 am until 12:30 with breaks. Sandy Ridge may be longer. No lunch will be provided, please bring your own food and water. Trails will be open for riding that afternoon.

Price: $35 for the Cascade Locks and Stubb Stewart clinics or $60 for both days if pre-registered, plus $5 parking at Stubb Stewart, payable at the ranger station.
Sandy Ridge is $45. To register for this date, talk with Elaine Bothe at one of the clinics or email for instructions. Limited to 12, first come first served!
