I'll chime in here. Burley's and Chariot's are great. Since you are leaning
towards the smaller more svelte one I'd look at the Chariot.
As far as where to get one? Craigslist every so often has a deal. Community
Cycles sometimes has them (check upstairs) that's where I got mine.
On a side note you could always get a cargo bike from Splendid or Clever
cycles.
