Registration is open for ADAPT's cycling class:

The class will start and end with an off-the-bike warm-up and cool down exercise rountine. These exercise routines are part of ADAPT's Cycling Durability Program and follow ADAPT's principles of helping the body restore, develop and maintain a balanced muscular and skeletal system.
