In the picture that I received from the Team Rose city, the guy who is in

the race (green and blue jersey) has spinachi bars on his road bike. I was

under the impression that those are not allowed in mass start races? I would like

to know if I'm in the wrong here, because that is what I have been told. I

was going to buy some of those new fancy Deda Bars that are carbon and have

that built in but was told that they are illegal for mass start racing

events(time trials only).
