Connect has just launched segments and if you own a Garmin 1000 it tells
you what segments are coming up during your ride

Winning team with the lowest cumulative time for 4 of 5 riders gets a free

Special Note

The roads at Alsea Falls are beautiful and narrow and combined with lobster
valley where the roads are a bit rougher should make you take notice while
descending and please make sure to follow the rules of the road and move
over when encountering the limited traffic in remote areas.

We do have 2 EMT's and coverage in the no cell phone zone, but given the
area it may take a bit of time to get to you so be careful when
participating.

Turnaround point

The Medio turns around at the Alsea Falls Recreation area at mile 26 or so
The Gran Turns around at mile 50 which is 3 miles past the last aid station
so you will get aid at mile 26 and than at mile 53, so plan accordingly. NO
Team cars or wheel are allowed and we do have Sag support for both the
Medio (Rann) and Gran (Brad) to pick you up if something goes wrong.

Wrenching

On course at Alsea Falls and Lobster Valley
Please tip accordingly....kidding

Event starts at 10 am for the Gran and 10:15 for the Medio and please park
only in the Middle school parking and NOT at the High School as they have
an event going on. Look for the Green Parking allowed signs and check the
FAQ page at willamettegranfondo.com for more info

Register now and or register the day prior 3-6 at Corvallis Cyclery or the
am of. Save 10.00 if you register before Saturday am.
