Anyone out there get a chance to pre-ride the Chainbreaker course?

If so I was wondering what the course conditions are like.

I know the route is slightly different than last year.

Reason I ask is I partially dislocated my shoulder a week ago and was wondering how bumpy and jarring the course may be.

Hate to miss a race but if it is too bumpy I may need to sit it out and heal.
