Date: May 5, 2014 Effective August 4, 2014, our 3 BR/2.5 BA home in NE
Portland will be available for rent. This beautiful, two-story house was constructed
in 2004 and we have been its only occupants. It has approximately 1700 sq ft of
living area and one detached garage. House has central air and heat and will
include all major appliances (e.g. refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer and
dryer). All floors on the lower level are exposed hardwood; those on the upper
level are carpeted. The lot is partially fenced, nicely landscaped and has
mature vegetation throughout. Terms include a one-year lease and monthly rent of $1,700. First
and last month’s rent plus a security deposit equal to one month’s rent will be
required prior to renter’s move in date. Payment for all utilities, city services,
etc will be the renter’s responsibility. No animal has ever lived in this house
but we may be willing to compromise assuming renter pays an additional,
negotiated security deposit. We are only interested in renting to mature,
conscientious individuals who convince us they will care for and maintain our home
