I have to give a huge shout out to all the racers at Return on the Jedi cross country race! I challenged them at the start of the race to see if they could be the first mountain bike race EVER that I chief judged where every rider either finished the race or let me know they were DNF.

They did it! Event though it seems obvious to you and me that this would always occur, I usually have several riders who quit and don't let me know at the finish line. We always have sweepers on every course to ensure there are no riders left behind but it's always a bit bothersome to me that I'm not notified.

Thanks for the courtesies....in advance... to always let an official know you are not able to finish your race!
