With the usual first night glitches on the starts for the Mt Tabor series a
very cool thing occurred.The Cat 3 field was started when the Cat 4 field
still had two laps to go. They caught the Cat 4 field just as we should have
been giving them the bell. There was much angst at the finish line amongst
the officials on how we were going to determine which rider was which
category when they came by the next lap. But all for naught, the gentlemen,
and ladies, of the Cat 3 field sat up, let the Cat 4 field sprint for their
finish and then continued racing.

Our community is great!
