Dr. Noel Snodgrass DC at Portland Chiropractic

So one of my daughter's friends, a 13 year old boy, just lost his lower leg (mid calf down) to cancer and had that amputated.
Does anyone out there know any other amputee's in the PDX/metro area who ride/race bikes?
I'd like to get him going as soon as he's more comfortable with his prosthesis.
