FS: Dura Ace Tubular Track Wheelset

Carleton Hall

2014-06-22

These were my track training wheels. I'm switching to a new set, so I don't need these anymore.

This is a *very* strong wheelset. I had these custom made for me. I'm a big heavy guy and I generate over 2,000W on standing starts and these do not flex one bit.

This is a great wheelset "built right".

Rims are true and bearings are smooth.

Hubs: Dura Ace HB-7600 High Flange 32 front 36 rear, hub is flip-flop fixed/fixed.
Spokes: Not sure (sorry). They were chosen by my builder. They are strong.
Rims: Velocity Pro Elite Tubular (same profile as Deep V, but tubular instead of clincher). I've heard that Velocity has had quality issues lately, but these are of the period when quality was very high.
Tires: Rear Continental Steher with plenty of life. Professionally glued on. Front is flat :(

With parts and labor, this wheelset would cost around $500 to build today. I'm asking $200.

I accept cash and PayPal. I'm located in SE near 13th and Hawthorne near the food carts and Burgerville.

Thanks!
