Course maps are updated and the distances are more like 57, 26 and 16
I even did the 26 in 2:51....so its fast and sweet

For the longer loop you can get aid at
11 (Woods creek) drop bag location, 16 top of Mary's 24 back to Woods
Creek, 34 lap point on Panama, 45 Woods Creek and 48 Woods creek before
finishing...awesome!

the 16 miler will have a neutral water stop

The 26 will have the double aid at 11 and 14 miles...to refill a bottle.

Amazing course and conditions and this event will not be held in 2015 do to
scheduling conflicts and may be ran every 3 years or so, so tell your
friends, forward this e-mail and we will see u this Saturday.

remember
Long course starts at 8:30
Pickup your plate in the Blodgett Gym

26 and 15 mile starts at 11am

Custom medals and Burittos for all!

Spread the word!

Safety note.......Descending East Ridge Trail after the Climb to Mary's
Peak can be hazardous.....steep drop offs and very rocky...so be careful
and walk as necessary and always yield and slow down for other hikers and
bikers so I can potentially hold this event in the future!
